Spacer Grid: Used in basket assemblies. Multiple sizes available.
Stackable
pinion fixture: Parts are located on ID with positioning legs separated.
Fixtures can be stacked several layers high for maximum loading.
Stacking Tray: Used to separate parts in layer furnaces. Can be stacked
several layers high for maximum loading.
Ring
Gear fixture: Designed for individual parts stacking. Allows removal of
parts before quenching.
Loading
Bar and Hanger Clips: For use in cast baskets for hanging a wide variety
of heat treated parts.
Fixture for heat-treating shafts: Designed to allow adequate product
separation and vertical placement.
Chain
Guide: Available for all Super-All Case Furnaces and most other Integral
Quench Batch furnaces.
Continuous
Conveyor Belt: Available in a vast array of pitches and widths for your
specific application.
Super-All
Case Furnace Fan: Fans are available in straight or pitched blades for
nearly all furnace applications.
Discharge
Roll: The pictured discharge roll is for screw furnace applications.
We manufacture a variety of discharge rolls including water-cooled designs.
Roller Rail: We manufacture many lengths and styles for common furnace
applications.
Beam: The pictured item is from a walking beam furnace. Multiple alternatives
to select from.
Reversible
open sided basket assembly: Is primarily used in integral quench batch
furnaces.
Basket is designed for use in combination with spacer grids and
loading bars to allow for batch loading.
Hearth grid: Multiple sizes available. The pictured grid is 40”
wide x 126” long x 6” deep, with 2” thick ribs and weighs 2600
lbs.
Circular
pit furnace grid: Commonly used with center post for support for hanging
parts.
Multiple designs and sizes available.
Base Tray: Normally used in integral quench batch furnaces. We supply
base trays for nearly all furnace types.
Tray for pusher furnace: Please note that this design has slot relief.
This design feature allows for thermal expansion of the tray.
