AECCo's dynAECast division produces centrifugally cast tubes in precision permanent molds for outstanding product characteristics. dynAECast is a unique production process that puts the most advanced technology to work in the production of uniform thin wall tubes. Tubes as small as 2.5" (64 mm) in diameter can be produced, and wall sections as thin as.125" (3 mm) are cast. This AECCo process has the capability to hold "as cast" tolerances of plus or minus .031" (less than 1mm) on wall thickness and tube diameter.

Our dynAECast division currently produces tubes ranging in diameter from 2.5" (64 mm) to 9.5" (241mm) and in cast lengths from 0.125" (3 mm) to 150" (2.8 meters). Assembly lengths are available to meet requirements greater than 150".

The AECCo commitment to quality control is evident in the monitoring of dynAECast products both before and after pouring. Metal analysis are checked through spectographic analysis prior to pouring. Dye penetrant testing, borescope and X-ray examination are used to monitor integrity of the finished piece. All cast tubes and cast components are tested individually and then pressure tested again following final assembly.

AECCo maintains a wide variety of standard patterns to produce components such as return bends, elbows, trunnions, reducers and more. AECCo specializes in customized radiant tube assemblies or furnace rolls to meet exact furnace requirements. All radiant tube assemblies are fabricated in-house using special welding equipment and rotary welding fixtures to provide sound weldments.
